Stress, understanding it to better control it

Stress is caused by several factors and manifests itself in our bodies in many ways and to various degrees. High levels of nervousness before or during an interview, or overwork are examples of factors that can trigger reactions in our body. Over time, reactions become more frequent and severe and also have more important consequences in our body. This workshop will allow you to know and identify the origins of stress, its manifestations and, above all, to discover strategies to counter it.

Several points will be discussed, including:

  • Defining stress and its manifestations in our bodies
  • The different categories of stress and the factors that induce them
  • The types of stress and the problems that result from it
  • Short, medium and long-term coping and management strategies for stress

These points and many others, will be addressed by the facilitator at this workshop and constructive and dynamic group exchanges will certainly help participants better understand and identify ways to control stress.
