CULTURAL DIVERSITY AS SEEN BY PRESCOTT AND RUSSELL EMPLOYERS

"Employers in the same community must work together in order to attract and recruit qualified staff. When we hire an immigrant, why not check in our networks to see if a position is available for their spouse? In addition to providing job security and a better quality of life for newcomers, this would allow more employers to recruit." - André Chabot, Owner, Chabo Communications & Design, Hawkesbury

"Our colleagues, newcomers to Canada, bring to our company new approaches and perspectives, but also a cultural enrichment of work, which benefits the growing diversity of our clientele." - Pierre Dromaguet, Millwork Design & Sales Manager, Potvin Construction, Rockland
