The Canada-Ontario Job Grant Program is an initiative from the Federal and Provincial Governments and aims at financially helping companies supply necessary training to their employees.

Through this training initiative, employers benefit from the opportunity to maintain competitiveness in their market, while allowing their employees to keep their skills up-to-date or to acquire new ones.
